MemoZoo Privacy Policy

📌 1. Information We Collect

a. Non-personal Information

We collect anonymous data to understand how users interact with the app. This includes:

• Usage and performance statistics (via Firebase Analytics).
• In-app interactions (screens viewed, levels completed, etc.).
• Device information (model, operating system, language).

b. Game Data (local)

Your game progress is stored locally on your device using SwiftData:

• Best time, best moves, efficiency and streaks per level.
• Discovered animals and favorites (collection X/50).
• History of completed Daily Challenges.
• Theme, sound, haptic and language preferences.

This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

c. Premium Subscription

If you subscribe to Premium, payment processing is handled directly by Apple via the App Store or Google via Play Store. We only receive your subscription status (active / inactive) through RevenueCat, with no payment details.

🔒 2. Use of Information

We use the collected information to:

• Improve the gameplay experience and detect errors.
• Analyze app performance in an aggregated, anonymous way.
• Manage your Premium subscription and unlock exclusive levels/themes.

MemoZoo does not display ads nor shares data with advertising networks.

🤝 3. Sharing Information

We do not sell your information. We only share data with the following strictly necessary service providers:

• Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) for anonymous statistics and error reporting.
• RevenueCat for managing Premium subscription status.
• Apple / Google Play for secure subscription payment processing.

These providers handle information according to their own privacy policies.

🧒 4. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with data without your consent, please contact us to have it removed.

⚙️ 5. Your Options

• You can disable anonymous analytics from your iOS device's settings.
• You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
• You can uninstall the app at any time; doing so erases all local game data.

🔒 9. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

MemoZoo respects iOS privacy. We do not track your activity across third-party apps or websites. Firebase Analytics is used exclusively with anonymous identifiers to measure aggregate app performance.

You can review and control app permissions at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security on your iOS device.

If you want your data removed from our systems:

1. Send an email to aiandromedacom@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include any relevant information that helps us identify your data.
3. We will process your request within 30 days and notify you when complete.
